1. Ownership of Work

Code, designs, and assets created by Codyxa under a paid client contract become the client's intellectual property upon final payment for the agreed scope.

2. Support & Communication

Project timelines, revisions, and any post-launch support or maintenance are agreed in writing before work begins, so expectations are clear on both sides.
